1. Service Description
Outfyt is an AI-powered styling service that generates outfit recommendations based on your preferences, budget, and sizing. We provide links to third-party retailers where you may purchase recommended items. Outfyt does not sell clothing directly.
2. Subscriptions
Access to unlimited outfit generation requires a paid subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual). Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan until you cancel.
3. Free Trial
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be billed at the rate of your selected plan.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt Outfyt. You are responsible for purchases made through third-party retailer links. Outfit recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee fit, availability, or pricing accuracy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Outfyt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outfyt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including purchases from third-party retailers or reliance on AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
