Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with Outfyt, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. To request a refund, email contact@outfyt.io with your account email and reason for the request.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
