Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Free Trial

All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to Outfyt at no charge. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being billed. If you cancel during the trial, no payment will be taken.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with Outfyt, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge (after the free trial, if applicable). Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. To request a refund, email contact.outfytai@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the request.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
